Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non invasive approach that recognises the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit, acknowledging that imbalances in one area can impact the others. By supporting the body’s natural healing processes, Craniosacral Therapy strives to foster a sense of harmony and vitality.
Effective in calming the nervous system, calming anxiety and offering relaxation to optimise the body’s own healing capacity, boosting health and immune system.
Helps to reduce stress and build underlying energy.
Removes layers of shock, stress, injury and deep seated trauma embedded in the system.
Promotes overall well-being on mental, physical, and emotional levels.

In the typical CST session the client remains fully clothed and usually lies down on the treatment couch. There is no manipulation or massage, the contact is gentle and non invasive. I make a gentle contact with the head, the feet, the base of the spine or other areas of the body as appropriate. For more information on what happens during the CranioSacral Therapy session please see ‘Treatment Session‘.
